Leadership Sessions
Strategic Planning: One or two day sessions crafted specifically for your organization which can include any of the following as needed: team building exercises, lessons in leadership, the review of existing strategic plan, crafting Mission and Vision statements, gathering multi-perspective assessments of the organization, input from top industry leaders outside your association, a frank discussion on SWOT (strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats), setting goals, formulating strategies, identifying tactics, and vesting for future success.
Board Orientation: This is how we get a team on the same page - by explaining roles and expectations, clearly defining a social contract to one another, teaching leadership basics, drawing lines around what is our staff’s role and what is our volunteer leadership’s role, and re-vesting everyone in the goals set at the strategic planning session.
Meetings that Matter: Chair Training - Committee meetings are ultimately where the rubber meets the road. This group is our upcoming leaders and investing time into their training benefits everyone.
