One blistery summer evening after a hard day of work at the Singing Banana Singing Telegram Company in New Jersey, a much younger Paula dreamed of owning property. Now a home and investment property owner; she is also a REALTOR®, was 2017 AZ REALTOR® President, and 2019 NAR RVP, a National Speaker, and a Pro-level Pasta Eater. This working Mama doesn't have time for boring or unnecessary and so rather than share her list of awards she asks that we dedicate this time to

Paula is a highly sought out National Speaker, Strategic Planning Consultant, and National Leader. She has been as an active REALTOR since 2002. She was the 2017 President of the Arizona REAL- TORS® and their 2017 AZ REALTOR® of the Year, was the Region XI Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS® in 2019 and is the Owner of both the Focus School of Real Estate and the Academy of DOM. She has been honored with Northern Arizona Association of REALTOR’s Distinguished Service Award and their Presidents Award as well as the Distinguished Service Award from the Arizona REALTORS®. As a passionate community leader, Paula was proud to be chosen for the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce’s Young Athena Award. In 2022, she received the Heart of Safety Award from the Beverly Carter Foundation for her tireless work promoting REALTOR® Safety. All of that aside... The truth is, most people just know her by her favorite title;
